By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or utilizing our digital asset deployment frameworks, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before initializing your platform deployment.
Scope of Service
Pixel Craft LLC provides fixed-scope, rapid deployment digital asset compilation and baseline WordPress setup frameworks. All services are delivered entirely from raw materials, layout specifications, and text content provided directly by the client.
Strictly Capped Scope & Out-of-Scope Requests
To maintain 48-hour delivery speeds, packages are strictly limited to the baseline parameters outlined on the main platform page. We do not provide:Ongoing custom code adjustments or website structural management.Active ad campaign management, ad budget monitoring, or marketing strategy consulting.Custom graphics or media scaling exceeding the capped package limits (e.g., maximum 5 static images or 2 cut videos per creative package).
Client Responsibility & Delivery Windows:
The 48-hour rapid deployment window begins only after the client successfully submits all necessary media assets and copy via the official Pixel Craft intake form. Pixel Craft LLC is not liable for deployment delays resulting from incomplete, corrupted, or missing client assets.

01.Corporate Identity & Governance
Pixel Craft LLC is a is a structured digital asset production and website deployment platform registered in the State of Wyoming under Original ID 2026-001999157. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

02.Scope of Service & Automated Frameworks
Pixel Craft LLC provides fixed-scope, rapid-deployment digital asset production, graphic layout assembly, and baseline WordPress infrastructure initialization. All services are delivery-focused and executed entirely from raw materials, media assets, logos, and copy provided directly by the Client. We do not provide custom code modifications, long-term technical administration, or platform development beyond the pre-configured parameters explicitly listed on our primary checkout tiers.

03.Strict Out-of-Scope Restrictions (Marketing & Advertising)
To maintain our streamlined 48-hour automated production pipeline, the following parameters are strictly enforced:Asset Production Only: We assemble and format promotional video and graphic creative layouts optimized for Meta and social advertising spaces.No Campaign Management: Pixel Craft LLC does not manage, configure, or access your active ad accounts, Meta Ads Manager, or advertising spend. We do not run marketing campaigns, manage distribution budgets, or guarantee traffic, leads, or conversions.No Marketing Consultation: Our role is strictly limited to rapid creative asset assembly from your raw media files.

04.Deliverable Hard Caps
To ensure absolute fairness to our production queue, deliverables are explicitly capped per package tier.A standard asset package covers a maximum total of 5 static graphic layouts OR 2 cut-and-assembled short videos.Any requests exceeding these limits will require the purchase of an additional package tier. We do not alter pricing parameters based on variable or custom specifications.

05.Client Responsibilities & Asset Submission
Our guaranteed 48-hour delivery window begins only after the Client successfully submits all required raw brand elements, clear operational text, and formatting assets via our official post-purchase intake funnel. Pixel Craft LLC is not liable for deployment or delivery delays resulting from incomplete, corrupted, or missing Client materials.

06.Platform Fair Use & Access Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate framework hosting spaces and forfeit production assets without notice if a Client provides materials that violate international copyright laws, contain malicious code, or engage in fraudulent business practices.

07.Billing & Payment Terms
Services are billed on a flat-rate upfront or recurring basis via our secure third-party payment processors

08.Explicit Refund Cross-Reference
All purchases are subject to our standard Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of access under Section 06
