Digital and Production Nature of Services

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate execution of asset formatting, compilation, and infrastructure setups, all sales are final once digital asset production or framework initialization has commenced.

Standard Cancellation Window

Clients may request a full refund within 12 hours of their initial purchase, provided that:No raw media assets, copy, or branding files have been submitted via our post-purchase intake funnel.Server allocation and framework initialization have not been triggered by our system.To submit a cancellation request within this 12-hour window, you must contact our corporate support queue directly at info@getpixelcraft.com. Refund requests submitted after this window or after asset submission will not be honored.

Fair-Use and Dispute Resolution

Pixel Craft LLC explicitly outlines all package limits, delivery timelines, and deliverable hard caps prior to checkout to ensure absolute transparency.By completing your purchase, you agree to utilize our official support channels to resolve any delivery or formatting adjustments.Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed through your bank or credit card processor prior to contacting our corporate support team will be treated as a breach of these terms. This will result in the immediate termination of associated hosting frameworks, permanent forfeiture of compiled digital assets, and reporting to relevant merchant security networks.
